The 2005 Valentine's Sirloin & Seafood Buffet was held on Saturday, February 12th. The entertainment for the evening was provided by FaithX, the contemporary band from Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Camp Hill, PA.

A new project for 2004 was the sponsorship of a public Valentine's Day "Sirloin & Seafood Buffet". The menu was different than the traditional meals served by the Grange and the quick sale of all 160 tickets proved it to be a popular one. Outstanding professional entertainment was provided by the 5-member "Musically Yours" ensemble which prepared a program of variety music appropriate for the special day.
