Dressing the Dandelion
One of the Grange's newer members (left) watches with interest as
the fresh greens are covered with the tangy sweet/sour hot bacon
dressing. Although the dandelion is always the star of this annual
spring affair, the meal also included all-you-can-eat baked ham, oven
browned potatoes, corn, green beans, applesauce, assorted homemade
breads, coffee, cake and the Grange's popular apricot delight jello-sherbet dessert.
