Perry Valley Grange provides a valuable service to its community by making available its spacious hall for a variety of family, business, organizational, and civic events at reasonable cost. Many community meetings are provided use of the hall at no charge as part of the Grange's community service efforts.
The Grange's Leasing Rules and Regulations (revised October 2011) provides details about the costs and arrangements for renting the Grange Hall. There are several distinct areas of the building that may be rented, either individually or in combination with one another. The entire premises are fully accessible to the handicapped and are air-conditioned. If you are interested in scheduling an event at the Grange Hall, please contact Carol Rhoades at 717-567-6844.
Main Hall (dining room) - This large room is approximately 40' by 60' with stage facilities. The seating capacity is up to 200 at tables for a meal or for 250 in chairs
for a meeting.
Conference Room - This smaller room provides a space accommodating
up to 50 persons for a meeting or small meal function.
Kitchen - The commercial kitchen is fully equipped for food preparation and meal
service. This includes cooking, refrigeration and freezer equipment as well as
dish and silverware service for up to 200 persons.
